- To avoid any issues with your Academic Incentive Application and Associate Professorship application, your full texts must be entered into the system by the specified submission deadline.
- Abstract submissions will only be accepted through the electronic system.
- You can submit your abstract step by step through the online abstract system. To submit your abstract, you must first register in the system using a username and password based on your email address, and then log in to the system.
- Abstracts that do not comply with the abstract formatting rules will not be evaluated.
- The acceptance of submitted abstracts will be announced after peer review.
- All presentations will be accepted after scientific preliminary review.
- For articles you wish to be published as full texts, the full-text template must be used.
Proceeding Book
- Case reports will be evaluated as poster presentations.
- Case reports will be accepted as oral presentations with literature review support.
Abstract Submission Rules
Abstract submissions will only be accepted through the electronic system. You can submit your abstract by entering it into the system using the online abstract system.
- Oral and poster presentations can be prepared in Turkish or English.
- All abstracts must be in both Turkish and English and should not exceed 250 words, indicating the content to be presented.
- Original research abstracts should include the sections “aim, method, results, conclusion,” while case report abstracts should include the sections “introduction, case presentation, conclusion.”
- The content of the presentations must be original and should not have been presented or published prior to the TAOMS 2025 conference.
- By submitting an abstract to the scientific committee of the conference, authors accept that their abstract will be published in the conference proceedings.
- It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to ensure that the content of the abstract has been approved by all authors.
- The acceptance of abstracts as oral or poster presentations will be determined by the TAOMS 2025 Scientific Committee, taking into account the author’s preference.
- Oral presentations should be planned with 8 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for discussion (total 10 minutes).
- In the title, the first letter of each word should be capitalized, and the rest should be in lowercase. First and last names should be written clearly without using abbreviations.
- After successfully submitting your abstract, an email will be sent to you from the system.
- Only abstracts that have been correctly submitted will be evaluated by the reviewers, and incomplete draft abstracts will be deleted from the system on 12.09.2025.
- Authors will be informed via email about the acceptance/rejection of their abstract after the final submission date.
- For abstract acceptance, the participant must have completed their conference registration. Abstracts from participants who will not attend the conference will not be accepted.
- After the acceptance of your abstract, you can request an acceptance letter. Please send your acceptance letter requests to taoms@opteamist.com.
TAOMS’25 PRESENTATION AWARDS
- The best oral and poster presentations will be awarded.
- The presenter must be a “DUS Assistant, PhD Assistant, Specialist Dentist, or Dr. Dentist (Doctor Dentist)” and must not have previously received this award.
- The presentation content must be original and must not have been presented or published before.
